Doug has been a life insurance broker for over 13 years. He is a patient and understanding speaker and listener who explains the complexities of insurance slowly, simply and clearly. Doug recognizes that discussing subjects like death and serious illness may make people feel uncomfortable. So he purposely meets clients where they are in their lives with empathy and sensitivity.
Prior to becoming a life insurance broker, Doug worked in sales and customer service roles in the retail and corporate sectors. Whether he is meeting with a new client or speaking to an existing client, Doug feels that the conversation is both about strengthening the relationship and ensuring that the client is happy with their policy.
